We issue title insurance at title company rates on Florida
real estate transactions in all of Florida’s 67 counties.
Services include:

We represent buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate closings throughout Florida, but with special emphasis on properties in Palm Beach County and Broward County, Florida. Services include:

•	We critique the work done by the title company to make sure our clients get proper coverage
•	We help you decide how you should take title
•	We help you understand your rights and obligations under your contract
•	If your counter party is breaching, we counsel you on your options

FLORIDA LANDLORD - TENANT LAW & EVICTIONS

We handle residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters throughout Florida. Services include:

•	We draft leases and counsel clients on Florida’s unique landlord/tenant laws
•	We handle evictions from the statutory notice to the sheriff’s execution

After we evict your tenant, if you are sick of being a landlord and want to sell your property, we can refer you to an independent real estate marketing specialist. Our real estate and title insurance department will co-ordinate the closing, providing our clients a cost effective, one-stop convenient solution to their Florida real estate law and closing needs.

CONTRACT PREPARATION AND TITLE TRANSFERS

We assist our clients in the negotiation and preparation of real estate contracts and draft deeds to accomplish title transfers. Services include:

Our probate department handles probate and estate administrations in all 67 Florida counties. Our real estate department, in conjunction with our probate department, routinely clears title to real estate left in estates, providing a cost effective one-stop solution to your probate/real estate needs.
